Location & Visitation

Visitation for families are every other Sunday from 2-4 p.m.  Familes may visit after they have completed family visitation orientation.  Orientations are held the 1st and 2nd Sunday of each month at 1:00 p.m. at the facility.

From the Hermitage, Lakewood or Donelson area:
Take Interstate 40 West.  Merge onto Briley Parkway via Exit 204A.  Take the County Hospital Road exit - Exit 25.  Turn Left onto County Hospital Road.  We are located one mile on the right at 1406 County Hospital Road.  Click here for a map.

From the Antioch area:
Take Interstate 24 West.  Merge onto I-440 West via Exit 53 toward Memphis.  Merge onto I-40 West via the exit on the left toward Memphis.  Merge onto Briley Parkway via Exit 204A.  Take the County Hospital Road exit - Exit 25.  We are located one mile on the right at 1406 County Hospital Road.  Click here for a map.
