The Davidson County Drug Court is funded by a combination of federal, state and local support, with the majority of this support coming from state funding. Additionally, during the employment and re-entry phase, all residents contribute a portion of their income which is used to help sustain the program's continued operation. Many other organizations play a vital role in the ongoing success of program. The Nashvlle Drug Court Support Foundation serves as a drug court coordinator and community-liaison for the DC4 Program, providing direct services including research/evaluation, and drug abuse education to youth. The NDCSF also provides supplemental recovery support to program participants and alumni through donations, grants from the Memorial Foundation of Middle Tennessee, Baptist Healing Trust, and partnerships with various federal, state and local agencies.
